Graham Tabor has been a dedicated employment professional since 2005 and has worked with a number of sections of the population including individuals coping with mental illness, persons living with physical and cognitive disabilities, at- risk youth, new immigrants and those in employment transitions due to economic downtown.

His educational background includes having earned a Practitioner’s Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Career/Employment Coach Certificate, and having studied Sociology and Disability and Community Support. Graham also has certificates in Motivational Interviewing and the Stages of Change trans-theoretical counseling model.

Graham’s expertise includes employment/career counseling and job search support, case management, transferable skills analysis, motivational interviewing, public speaking, identifying labour market trends, and making referrals to organizations to assist individuals in building the skills necessary to reach their employment-related goal, or in lieu of no suitable resource existing, developing and facilitating the required programming.
