Work experience includes acute care and rehabilitation in urban and rural communities; working with individuals as outpatients - including seating, hands rehabilitation and splinting, home assessment and recommendations, activities of daily living (ADL) assessments and equipment requests; working with older adults in personal care homes to improve their quality of life, involving functional ADL assessments and intervention chronic pain management, seating and mobility assessments and rehabilitation, cognitive assessments, and increasing overall independence in a person's daily life. Pam has gained additional education and training in complex seating, power mobility, wound care, quality of life with aging. Pam's experience has primarily been working with adults of all ages in a variety of settings. In June of 2017 Pam joined the clinic as a consultant OT and has gained additional experience and training in Ergonomics and office set-up, Personal Care Assessments for MPI, and is developing her  skills in Job Demands Assessments and Physical Demands Assessments.

Pam enjoys being active and running in marathons to support various causes-- Mud Hero, Manitoba Marathon, WFPS Marathon, Cancer Care Run, etc, in addition to supporting and volunteering for various MSOT events in the community. Pam also enjoys Muay Thai Kick Boxing and is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
